Eduardo Sánchez Rugeles

Eduardo Sánchez Rugeles (Caracas, 1977), studied Arts at the Andrés Bello Catholic University and philosophy at the Central University of Venezuela. Afterwards, he went to graduate school at the Complutense University and at the Autonomous University of Madrid. Among his works we can find: the noir novel Jezabel (2013),  Desterrados; Liubliana (2012)– which was awarded with the first prize of the Certamen Internacional de Literatura Letras del Bicentenario, Sor Juana Inés de la Cruz–, Transilvania, unplugged (2011) and Blue Label, winner of the Premio Iberoamericano de Novela Arturo Uslar Pietri in 2010. He has been in several international literary gatherings, such as the FIL of Guadalajara or the Biannual of the International PEN Club, and he keeps the literary blog: www.sanchezrugeles.worpress.com
